Dokon Collective
Step into the world of Donya, a multidisciplinary studio led by a Master of Fine Arts with a passion for global culture. I have designed this collective to bridge three distinct disciplines: Visual Arts, including my paintings and published works; Global Education, offering multilingual classes and workshops; and Specialty Confections, featuring artisanal treats with a highly anticipated signature collection currently in the works.
The Vision Behind Dokon Collective
My journey traces a path from the ancient landscapes of Iran through the crossroads of Germany and Canada, finally finding its home in the United States. Beyond borders, my professional repertoire lives between cultures, languages, and landscapes. Rooted in my academic exploration of light, water, and spatial design, as well as natural elements in gardens and built environments, I translate these influences into visual, educational, and sensory experiences.
Dokon Collective is a home-based, multidisciplinary studio rooted in this global journey. Here, three specialized branches converge: Visual Arts, featuring original paintings, spatial installations, and illustrated children’s books; Global Education, offering multilingual workshops and classes in German, French, English, and Persian; and Specialty Confections, featuring artisanal treats with a signature collection currently in the works.
This collective is the culmination of a decade-long international career. Led by Donya, a visual artist and educator with an MFA and BFA, the studio is built upon a legacy of curating 20+ exhibitions and participating in 30+ international shows across 10+ countries. Having designed 100+ workshops for 2,000+ learners, I now translate this academic expertise and environmental responsibility into every creative service and artisanal product offered at Dokon.
